How long does it take?
NB: The below is based on in-stock items. If you've ordered a backorder product you'll find more info here. If you order an in-stock and out-of-stock item the in-stock will ship straight away and the backorder item when it comes back in stock.
Your order will be fully trackable. It'll be dispatched in 1-2 business days and you'll be emailed a tracking number.
Australia—For standard post expect your order in 3-8 business days after it's been dispatched. If you opted for Express Post allow 1-3 business days from dispatch. The further out in the sticks you are, the longer delivery may take. (Note: Western Australia orders are taking a bit longer at the moment. Something about a broken railway line.)
New Zealand—If you're in NZ, we generally ship with Australia Post. Expect your order in 5-7 days.
Overseas—If you're in USA, UK, Canada, or the EU we use Australia Post's international services. Allow 2-3 weeks. (I know, that's a while, but it'll be worth the wait.)
Any dramas with your merino shirt, flick us an email within 30 days of purchase and we'll sort it out. If you selected the wrong size or changed your mind you'll cover return shipping to us and that it must arrive back in sellable condition. We'll then provide an exchange, credit, or refund—your choice.

If you receive your tee and there are any quality issues let us know ASAP and we'll sort you out. Likewise if your top unreasonable carks it within, like, a month of getting it. We've rigorously tested our products and are confident you're going to get a long life out of your top.
No change of mind refunds on clearance items. However, we'll happily offer a store credit.
As for the undies, due to the obvious hygiene reasons we can't do exchanges or change-of-mind returns on underwear that have been worn or tried on. Once it's out of the packaging and/or the swing tags are removed, they're yours.
However, if your undies are faulty or we have stuffed something up, of course our standard returns policy kicks in. Whatever the Australian Consumer Law says, we'll do as a minimum.
If you buy a bundle and try on 1 pair and the others remain in their packaging with swing tags attached, they'll be AOK to return or exchange those.
If you're shopping from USA, UK, Canada, or EU please choose carefully as we're going to have to charge you an extra round of shipping should we need to send you a replacement.
