Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days and you're looking at a couple of weeks to the US. We use Australia Post and DHL for international orders.

It's pretty straight forward. Need a different size or colour? Change your mind? Get it back to us safely and we'll exchange, refund, or offer a credit. Receive a faulty item? It's all on us. We'll sort you out.

Our manufacturer is in the western suburbs of Melbourne (Victoria), our warehouse is in Brisbane, and our office is in inner Melbourne. :) We're about as Aussie as a shrimp (well, um, prawn) on the barbie. ;)
Our lightweight tees are 100% merino. They're so merino-ey you could compost them.
Our underwear and thermals are a blend, but that's on purpose. You need the stretch and durability in things worn so close to the skin.
